We can undertake research and development, as well as contract manufacturing services for various types of mid to high-end fabric covers, with the production capacity for complex mattress covers reaching up to 200,000 sets per year.
Automated Adhesive Spraying Line
Various sensors automatically detect the adhesive amount,temperature, position, etc., in the glue head.The CNC system then controls the adhesive spraying equipment based on the measured signals to ensure a more uniform and standardized application of adhesive.This results in improved durability and stability of the mattress after rolling and compression.
